We are getting a tremendous response to the Motley Crue/KISS tour announcement. Please find frequently asked questions which may help quickly address any issues currently being experienced. We hope to be able to answer any questions that are not addressed here.
1. I am a current S.I.N. Club member and I didn’t receive my password code for the VIP pre-sale?
The S.I.N. Club hasn’t been taking new members since 2011 as the band is exploring different ways to enhance the fan club experience going forward. If you didn’t receive your code and you are a member, please email email@example.com or by calling 508-791-6710 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET). Phone traffic has been very high so please be patient. VIP ticket packages will be made available without the use of a unique code beginning, Thursday, March 22nd at 10am local time.

2. I can’t get through to the customer service number, what do I do?
The customer service lines have received an overwhelming response today since the posting of the number and email address on Facebook this morning. We are working to address the calls as they come in, but you may obtain a quicker response by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced and will try to address your issue(s) as soon as possible.
3. I entered my unique password code on Ticketmaster and my code didn’t work, what do I do?
Each venue had a pre-sale time of 10AM local to the market that the venue is in. If you tried to make a purchase prior to 10AM (local venue time), your code would not work. Also, please verify that your code is correctly entered. We have had many people input the code incorrectly. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact customer service and we will try to rectify your problem.
4. I am a current S.I.N. Club Member and I never received my exclusive tee shirt, what should I do?
