These Ticketing Procedures and brief FAQs will help guide you purchasing Presale Tickets and VIP Ticket Packages

Presale Tickets and Presale VIP Ticket Packages:

Current fan club members will have access to purchase “Presale Tickets” and “Presale VIP Ticket Packages” beginning on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 starting at 10am local time (local time to where the venue is located) and run through Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 10pm local time. If you are not a current member you may purchase a fan club membership via the Motley Crue Fan Club site (fanclub.motley.com). NOTE: Beginning Thursday, January 30th 10am local time VIP Ticket Packages will be made available for anyone to purchase (unrestricted).

Beginning at 12pm local time on Wednesday, January 29th, 2014 Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com will offer a “Fan Club Bundle”. This “Fan Club Bundle” will allow you to access the Ticket Presale and the VIP Ticket Package presale for those concerts being sold on Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com.

*Please Note: if purchasing a “Fan Club Bundle” via Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com you will not receive your unique code right away. If you don’t receive it please contact customer service at: (877) 717-5816, please have readily available your proof of purchase, and our customer service team will send to you a unique code. If you purchase your Motley Crue Fan Club membership via Fanclub.Motley.com you will receive your unique code instantly.

Presales Sold via Motley Crue’s website ticketing page:
For “Presale Tickets” and “Presale VIP Ticket Packages” sold via the Motley Crue website ticketing page: you will need to log into your Motley Crue fan club account in order access the “Ticket Presale” and “VIP Ticket Package Presale.”

Presales Sold via Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com:
For Presale Tickets and Presale VIP Tickets sold via Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com: you will need to log into you’re your Motley Crue fan club account to obtain your unique code that will allow you to purchase “Presale Tickets” and “Presale VIP Ticket Packages” on Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com. If purchasing the “Fan Club Bundle” on Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com you may need to contact customer service at (877) 717-5816 to obtain your unique code.

Additional Detail: Thursday, January 30th Presale day #2:

“Presale Tickets” continue as password/code protected (as outlined above) until 10pm local time (at which time the Ticket Presale will close).

Beginning at 10am local time “Presale VIP Ticket Packages” are open for anyone to purchase – you will not need a fan club membership or a unique code to purchase either at Ticketmaster.com, LiveNation.com or via Motley Crue’s website ticketing page.

FAQs:

What is a VIP ticket package?
• A VIP ticket package is pretty simple. It includes a great ticket in a reserved area, a merchandise voucher to the Motley Crue Online store, and depending on the specific package, a second to none fan experience including Meet & Greet and Photo Op’s with band members (Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil, and Mick Mars) and backstage/onstage tours.
For the “Final Tour,” the available VIP packages are:

  • “Too Fast” Ultimate VIP Package
  • “Kickstart My Heart” Diamond Meet & Greet Package
  • “Wild Side” Gold Merchandise VIP Package
  • “Live Wire” Silver Merchandise VIP Package

Mötley Crüe: “Too Fast” Ultimate Meet & Greet VIP Package

  • Ticket in Rows 1-2 (or GA Early Entry where applicable)
  • Exclusive Meet & Greet/Hang with Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil and Mick Mars

*All “Too Fast” purchasers will be entered to win a pair of front row tickets to attend the last concert on the tour. Two winners will be chosen. Winners are responsible for lodging and travel to the concert.

    • Please note: package names and descriptions can change from tour to tour, so be sure to check back often to stay in the know!
    • Please note: some packages (such as the “Live Wire” Silver VIP Package) may give you the choice of a P2 ticket. P2 tickets are located in the 2nd ticket price tier location and this location varies from venue to venue so please make sure you are happy with your ticket selection before you purchase.

How many tickets can I buy during the presale?
• For this tour, the purchase limit for presale tickets is 4 tickets per transaction, with a maximum of 10 transactions for the entire tour.

How many VIP ticket packages can I buy?
• For this tour, the purchase limit for VIP ticket packages is 6 packages per show, with a maximum of 10 transactions for the entire tour.
• This can change from tour to tour, so if another tour leg is announced, check back for purchasing details.

Where do I purchase the VIP ticket packages?
• VIP Ticket packages are purchased in one of two ways: Either direct from the MotleyVIP.com ticketing page, or a third party ticketing service (Ticketmaster/ Livenation, or direct from the venue in rare cases)
• On our 2014 tour date page, when you click a “buy” button per show date it will take you exactly where the VIP ticket packages can be purchased for that show.
• If you purchase a Motley Crue VIP ticket package via a 3rd party service such as an American Express concierge, etc. please note THEY may use their email address as the contact for the order. If you do not receive your order details and VIP details please contact customer service at (877) 717-5816 or email [email protected]

Questions about the “Ultimate” or “Diamond” VIP Packages –

Where do I go when I arrive at the venue? What time should I be there?
• No later than 48 hours before your concert, you will be emailed an itinerary. It will describe all the details you need to know to get yourself to the venue for all the preshow festivities. The Diamond and Ultimate Fan Experience can happen before the doors open to the general public, times can range from 3:00pm on. It would be best you keep the afternoon open if you need to travel or make arrangement to arrive at the designated time.
• If you haven’t received an email, be sure to check any spam mailboxes or filters that could prevent you from seeing the itinerary. Otherwise, please contact a Motley Crue VIP customer service at (877) 717-5816 or via email [email protected] Please do not wait until the day of the show if you have not received details. If you have not received within 2 days of show please reach out to customer service.

Questions about VIP packages that include “early entry where applicable”.

• For VIP packages that include “early entry” may be applicable on several shows on The Final Tour. If this is the case for your show you will receive an email about 14 days prior to your concert with the details of what time you should arrive by for the early entry into the venue. Early Entry may apply for shows where a VIP package contains a “General Admission” ticket (meaning no reserved seat).

Can I leave the venue in between the fan experience and the concert?
• If you would like to leave the venue at anytime it is up to the venues discretion. You will want to check with them about their re-entry policy.

What if I am sick or just cannot make the show, can I get a refund?
• VIP ticket packages and tickets are non-refundable.

Why are some shows sold through Ticketmaster or other parties?
• Ticketmaster is where the bulk of our 2014 VIP ticket packages are for sale.
• This allows you to have direct control of where you will be seated, with most venues showing an interactive seating chart, showing where you’ll be sitting in relation to you friends, and the stage.
• Venues that do not sell through Ticketmaster will be sold through the MotleyVIP.com ticketing page.

Are VIP ticket packages transferable?
• VIP Ticket Packages are not transferrable.
• If purchasing a VIP ticket package on behalf of someone, make sure to enter the correct shipping/contact information.

How do I purchase a VIP ticket package as a gift?
• Yes, and what a gift! Just be sure to enter in the correct name and address for the shipping/contact information.

What happens if a show is postponed or cancelled?
• If a show is postponed, your VIP ticket package will be good for the new date. We will email and post on Motley.com and or the MotleyVIP.com ticketing page information about the new date and procedure to use your ticket package for the rescheduled date.
• If a show is cancelled, we will issue you a refund for the VIP ticket minus the cost of any shipped merchandise as well as the handling and processing fees. All service and processing fees are non-refundable as these fees are incurred from the moment of purchase.

What if someone in my party requires handicap accessible seating?
• The best course of action is to call the venue you are looking to buy a package for and inquire the location of its handicapped seating.
• If you are looking to purchase for a venue sold through Ticketmaster, or another third party ticketing service, many vendors have an interactive seating chart with handicapped seating listed.
• If you are looking to purchase a VIP ticket package to a concert sold through MotleyVIP.com, it can be much harder to make these accommodations, as our ticket holds generally don’t include seating in handicap sections. Call a Motley Crue VIP customer service rep for further assistance at (877) 717-5816.

How will I know where my seats are located?
• If you purchased a VIP ticket package from one of our third party ticketing partners (Ticketmaster/Livenation) you will know at the time of purchase where your seat will be located.
• If you purchased a VIP ticket package from MotleyVIP.com directly, you will be able to select your seat within the allocated tickets available.

Where will I redeem my VIP Merchandise Voucher?
• If the package you purchased includes a merchandise voucher directions will be emailed to you with a link to the store where you can redeem your voucher. Please note: you may not receive the email until closer to the start of the tour.

I can’t get through on the customer service phone number, what do I do?
• The customer service lines may receive an overwhelming response during the presales. We will do our best to be properly equipped to handle many calls, but if you don’t get through on the phones you may obtain a quicker response by emailing [email protected]

I entered my unique password code on Ticketmaster and my code didn’t work, what do I do?
• Each venue will have a pre-sale time of 10AM local to the market that the venue is in. If you try to make a purchase prior to 10AM (local venue time), your code will not work. Also, please verify that your code is correctly entered. If you are still experiencing problems please contact customer service and we will try to rectify your problem.
